问题描述：
以前可以连，不知道做了什么操作，连接vpn就一直报错
Failed to establish the VPN connection. This may be caused by a mismatch in the TLS version. Please check the TLS version settings in the Advanced of the Internet options. (-5029)

解决：
打开电脑--控制面板--重置一下Internet设置
